Basic operating process of sodium hypochlorite generator

Backwashing:After each shift is completed, it is necessary to backwash once. When backwashing, first open the vent valve to drain the salt water trapped in the pipeline, then open the backwash vent and inlet water valves, rinse for about 10 minutes, then open the vent valve to drain the accumulated water, and use it next time.

Pickling:The generator needs to be pickled once for a total of 250 hours of operation. Depending on the water quality, the pickling cycle should be extended or shortened accordingly. During pickling, all drain valves should be opened first to drain the accumulated salt water in the pipeline. Then, the acid inlet and outlet valves should be opened until acid water flows out of the organic pipe in the acid discharge pipe. After the acid water is soaked in the electrode tube for 1-2 hours, the acid water should be drained and then backwashed again. Generally, the concentration of dilute hydrochloric acid is about 10%.

① During normal automatic operation, there is no need for dedicated personnel to manage it. One salt injection can work for 7-10 days. When there is a shortage of salt water, the machine will automatically shut down and sound an alarm. During salt injection, the generator must be backwashed once, and it must be pickled once every month of operation.

② During the operation of the equipment, it is strictly prohibited to operate without cooling. If the unit stops water supply, the equipment is strictly prohibited from use.

③ Regularly check if the power supply wiring bolts are loose and hot, and if the filter mesh in the high-level salt box is blocked, and promptly eliminate it.

④ Try to avoid fireworks indoors, maintain good ventilation, and assign part-time personnel for management.
